How do credits work?
Basic MOT checks are free — 10 per day on the free tier, and unlimited on every paid plan. AI vehicle analysis costs 2 credits, and vehicle comparison costs 1 credit per vehicle included. CarMatch Chat is metered by context: 1 credit per 3 messages in plain chat, 1 credit per 2 messages with a vehicle attached, and 1 credit per message with a comparison attached. Dashboard AI actions (checklist, listing description, reply draft) cost 1 credit each; a one-shot comparison chat costs 2 credits.
Do credits expire?
Credit pack credits never expire. Subscription credits reset each month and do not roll over. Any credits purchased in addition to a subscription are never affected by the monthly reset.
What happens when I run out?
Basic lookups are still available with credits. Premium features like AI analysis and comparisons will be unavailable until you purchase more credits or your subscription renews.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What are subscriber exclusives?
