- One full AI analysis of one car. Reopening a saved report is free, and a report that fails isn't counted.
- Is CarMatch chat unlimited?
- No. It has a fair-use limit so it stays quick for everyone: 5 messages on the free sample, 25 on the pass and 300 a month on Pro.
- What happens when the pass ends?
- Your reports stay readable in My cars. Buy another pass any time: it starts that day with fresh counts.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you haven't used the pass, yes, within 14 days. Once you've run a report, the pass is in use.
- Do you have a plan for dealers?
- Business, from £49 a month after a free 7-day trial: about 150 reports a month, no limit on saved cars or stock, and the stock tools. Bigger forecourt or a fleet? Your monthly amount is set to fit. See the Business page.
- Is VAT added at checkout?
